Are you ready for a nice, long day hike in beautiful meadows through Oat and Hay Canyons in the Jemez Mountains? Join Sylvie Adam with PEEC and the Los Alamos Mountaineers for this fall hike along Rio Cebolla. Participants will meet at Los Alamos Nature Center at 8 AM and arrange a carpool. The hike is out-and-back, approximately 10.5 miles round trip. The group will begin at the Seven Springs Campground, just past the Seven Springs Hatchery, about 75 minutes from Los Alamos.
Bring sunscreen, water, lunch, and rain gear.
