We are adjusting to our current, extremely busy schedule of two parents working from home while also homeschooling a 6 and 8 year old. Our family is incorporating these “take it outside” challenges into our afternoon recess time aka outdoor exploration and science time. I love that each challenge has a skill level so the activity can be adjusted for various ages. The “take it outside” challenges enable us to quickly have a starting point for a science lesson plan while also exploring the outdoors. Thank you PEEC for adapting to these (at least for us) unprecedented times. Keep up the great work!
WOW! “Take it Outside” has been such a great resource for my students and I! We are overjoyed to know that we can still learn about and participate in water-related activities this week, despite the cancellation of the always wonderful “Water Festival”.
